A lot of people seem to care, Rebel, based on the number of FB users. Like it or not, Facebook has become the default means of communication for many people. For myself, I rarely use email any more for anything other than work communications. Facebook is just so much more convenient. And I am all about convenience.

For myself, I rarely use email any more for anything other than work communications. Facebook is just so much more convenient. And I am all about convenience.

Thing is, for me, Facebook isn't convenient, but it's effectively a necessity if I want to keep in touch with a lot of people, specifically because they, like you, don't use email, at least for most purposes.
