That Bear Gryllz picture is fake as shit. It's not convincing at all.
But I'd go with Bear Gryllz. Of all these guys, I would go with either him or Dave Canterbury (the guy who used to be on Dual Survival, left the show after season 2). I don't think it's fair to compare survivorman and man vs. wild and say that since Les doesn't have a camera crew and is just in the wilderness alone, whereas Bear Gryllz has a camera crew and is reported to spent part of the taping time in hotels (which I think is a partially misleading accusation, I've read that when they record an episode, they are sometimes on location for up to 2 weeks, not all of it is filming, and some of it is information bits that don't fit in with the storyline of the rest of the story, and I've read that he does spend alot of nights filming on location in the wild.)
But the two shows have very different purposes. Survivorman shows you how to survive. I haven't watched in a while, but it always seemed like Les just sat around for a couple of days doing nothing, he gets water, food and shelter and he waits to be rescued. Bear Gryllz is constantly moving, he's constantly showing how to get out of tight binds or overcome different challenges, the names of both shows are quite accurate, I think.
But frankly, if it came down to being in a shitty situation, I'd rather have Bear Gryllz then Les Stroud. I think Bear is more skilled and his accomplishments are undeniable, he's military trained, he was once the youngest brittish guy to climb mount everest (his record has been broken, but the guy who broke it died on the way down), and he's done quite a few pretty adventuresome projects.
