Inspired by the 80s and 90s music topics

ABBA was in the '70s.  'Nuff said.

The 90's where the years when HARDSTYLE was born and was beginning to evolve.  

 

However I wish this was multiple choice, because I like the Classical Era, and the 70's.

As of right now I like Hard rock so its like Theory of A Deadman, Hinder, stuff like that. So I had to choose 2000's.

I listen to a lot of modern stuff, but dont be surprised if you see me listening to frank Sinatra

Of course it's impossible to say that this or that music is objectively "better" than any other.  All you can really say is that you like some types of music better than others.  For myself, I tend to skew heavily toward pop/rock from the 1960s onward, probably peaking in the '80s (ABBA notwithstanding).  While there are other types of music I enjoy, there is really very little else I listen to on a regular basis.

Music is alot about your taste. From where I come from they say, you shouldn't argue over different tastes, you should fight. But talking about past and present music I often think like this:

See my favourite music is mostly either folk music or modern pop music, primarily from the late 70s and 80s as far as the pop music goes.

 

But for folk music, I'm really fond of medieval folk music. So.... I don't know how to vote on this one. B)

Medieval folk music is best dance music. Probably why I never liked ABBA. B)

Oddly enough, Benny and Björn would enthusiastically cite Swedish folk music as a major influence on ABBA.

Yep all the stuff I knew was English. And I really doubt they meant medieval folk music.
