Ok i used that title to get your attention , Just wnated to take it off my chest , Its been 4 years never any finance minister bothred to work with me (In fact its first time some one actually made a rebuild plan for me after a war) like Kiwi did due to his efforts its first time my nation is with excellent warchest code lol ...
