TDE, what you're talking about is not citizenship. Citizenship is a legal issue. You have a citizenship. What you are talking about is nationality. With which national group do you most identify? Or maybe you don't identify with either. Anyway, your sense of nationality does not necessarily have anything to do with your citizenship.

Oh my, no. I worked at a burn hospital, remember? I've seen some stuff, man. I've seen some stuff.

But if you want to talk disgusting procedures, how about a fecal transplant? It's exactly what it sounds like. And lest you think it's some archaic holdover from another time, think again. They still do it today.
