Alright, so, here we are. A couple things to note:

• I presumed that 'Invictus' and 'the Collective' from your request were mistakes, and you meant 'Invicta' and 'the Collection'. If, however, I was wrong, I can easily edit the other values in.
• I took some liberty with your request to have skulls on either side, because when I tried a few setups with that, it didn't leave much room for text. In this case, I went with only one, so the text can have its own area that's uncrowded.

With this in mind...

If you right click on the image and click "copy image URL" or something along those lines, you will get the following URL

http://i.imgur.com/TxLcK.png

Then you can put the tags around it to show the actual image.

Like so...

It's probably a good idea to save a copy of the image on your own computer and reupload it yourself. That way if MvP ever has to clear some room, he doesn't have to worry about you losing your sig.

Pictures to be included: I like the one of Vegeta...but instead of the Saiyan Insignia, perhaps a hammer and sickle? And if possible, could the M on his head be a hammer and sickle as well? xD

Overall Concept: PrinceVegeta has decided to leave the life of a Monarch and Become PremierVegeta. Just commie-fy me.
