I eat it on fresh bread (french), toast, english muffins (english), and french toast (american).

So far so good. Great stuff.

Real butter is AMAZING. The raw taste of it is fantastic .I can literally sit there and eat little bits of butter, especially with honey added. If you try that on waffles or what have you?

I end up using fake butter for toppings on stuff for like waffles and pancakes and toast and use real butter for cooking

i think its safe to say that butter is better. and fried butter...omg orgasmic.... but here is the real question: do you eat your bread butter side up? or butter side down?

I'm not that picky. I like "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and other vegetable-oil spreads of that type because they're easier to spread, but I'll take real butter, too, if the soft-spread stuff isn't available. I don't really eat that much butter/butter substitute so it's not a big deal.

 

Side question: Does anyone put butter on a Pop Tarts? Jesus H. (fun fact: the H is for "Hussein") Christ is that good...

Sour cherry jam sounds fantastic. I don't know that I've ever had Romanian food. I would imagine there's a lot of German and Russian influence?

More like Turkish. Romania is kind of a little bit of anything. Living at the crossroads of empires has that effect on a culture. Some 200 years ago, we turned our face to the West, but before that? Hundreds of years of Ottoman domination must have counted for something... and not necessarily all bad.
