But how do you attach the paper roundel to it? Gluing it will look terrible, and spray mount doesn't work well on wood. What I need is a piece of round presentation board.

For reference, what are the dimensions of the Roundel?

I don't remember, tbh. It was almost two feet in diameter. I'd have to print one again. I don't think they can print it on card stock, at least not at Staples. But the laminate is intriguing. I would prefer it on presentation board because it is rigid but lightweight; a wooden counterpart would be much heavier. But it would also be sturdier. If I could laminate the printed roundel onto a white wooden surface, that might work.

Okay, here's what I am going to do. I just ordered a foam board cutter from Amazon. I will have the damn thing printed out again and spray mount it to foam board, then I will try to very carefully cut it out with the foam board cutter. I have a pretty steady hand, and I can practice with the thing a little first to get the hang of it. If I am very careful it should come out acceptably. If not prepare to see another picture of a trashed roundel. Heh.
