I just don't know where to begin, but to stay on familiar tune to most people I guess here.

 

I just love them Piano Guys on Youtube. For example I could listen to the Nearer My God to Thee endlessly, although it's a religious music and I'm an atheist.

No it doesn't count and you should feel bad. (I'm joking)

 

Verdi's La Traviata is probably my favorite opera. I went to see it twice in one season lol.

And although I don't know the name of the song there, I love the opera choir after the famous "money shot". Quite powerful. (last 30ish seconds)

I like a few classical music pieces, notably by Mozart, but for the most part I find classical music boring.

Classical music if most defenetly not boring, but it's the bases of a lot of things we do and consume. So many commercials, theme music and other such things are based on classical music. The key is to find what suits your current mood.
