For the past day I've been antsy and excited. As I type this I am tired and relieved. Although I am relieved for many reasons, as much as anything else I'm relieved this is over. I'd gotten tired of the same arguments, the same discussions, the same words over and over changing nothing. I shitpost. I agitate, but for me these things are more than just the amusement of getting under someone's skin. They are an art, and I always strive to pursue them to the best of my ability. Having left here when it felt that my techniques had begun to stale I took to a new battlefield, but eventually even there I grew weary of this game. From the beginning I believed with certainty that the elitist tone of the left would be their downfall and at some point it just began to feel like there was nothing more to be gained striving to impress this on anyone. I've come back now that it's all said and done, though not to post some hammy gloat as many of you (cough Anna cough) expected, but to hang out again free of this poisonous shadow that's been hanging over everything. All I have to say about what's happened is this brief message.
Fuck you. I told you so.
