Considering the fact I'm not a sadist, I wouldn't want to torture anyone, period. Not even if I could get away with it. 

 

I'm a fairly simple guy who just wants to solve problems, not punish others. A free murder would be, Kim Jon ill, Putin, some along those routes. 

 

 

Evil dictators. Save millions of lives. 

 

The Ill family is a little harder to kill off with a single assassination but Putin is a single guy so, that might be easier to deal with. Maybe Assad.

I'd think if you went that route, you'd risk getting caught. The death itself would be traceless, but if you torture them beforehand outside of that you'd get no such protection.

You clearly haven't seen my basement. I could torture someone down there for days and noone would hear them... especially in the NW hallway. All it would require is some way to subdue the person and I would be in good shape. I understand that torture is not always practical but some people deserve it.
