I was watching Elementary the other night, and our sociopathic anti-hero deduced that a man found dead with a gun in his right hand was staged that way: for he was clearly left-handed, as his belt was threaded clockwise.

Now, I'm left-handed, and thread my belt counterclockwise. I've never considered it before, but I'm sure I have never threaded my belts clockwise. Doing a bit of searching online, I discovered a few sources that seem to indicate that rather than it being a handedness-dependent variable, women are meant to thread belts clockwise, and men counterclockwise.

So this got me curious: Invicta, how do you belt yourselves?

But, how can you carry a gun without a belt?

You can say under the shoulder holster BUT you need a jacket for that and it isn't always cold.

I can never tell the difference between clockwise and counterclockwise, also I have a hard time telling left from right. I'm pretty close to ambidextrous, although the joke with me is that I'm so clumsy I sometimes just call myself antidextrous: I have two secondary hands rather than two primary hands heh.
