Your hard drive may crash mang.

Or your mother board. Or a stick of ram might go bad.

I have a bad stick of ram for sure, but what other issues, idk. Did a fresh install of 7 on a new 1TB drive (WD). Had some files backed up on a 2TB external, but not everything. Luckily the drive wasn't bricked or anything, so I plugged it into an older computer, copied the files onto my external, and I'm now moving files over from that drive to my current drive (such as my firefox bookmarks and whatever other shit).

Gonna likely mount the second 1TB in this same computer if it works fine, and use that as the backup (that sounds legit, yea?). I'll leave my external for whatever bullshit. And I want to buy other toys and shit.

Just blogging.
