I was just watching the Avengers movie again the other day and marveling (get it?) at how good it is.  Is there a particuklar Avenger with which you most identify?  If so, which one?  For the sake of simplicity we'll keep it to the movie Avengers:

 

Captain America

Iron Man

Thor

Hulk

Black Widow

Hawkeye

Nick Fury (technically not an Avenger, but too badass to ignore)

I have always admired the Cap' not only because he is not a broken hero but also his personality models that of a hero.

Haha.  Yeah I had a funny feeling Iron man would win.  He's sort of the Geek Ideal Man.  There's a point in the movie where Captain America angrily asks Tony Stark what he is without his armor, to which Stark responds, "Billionaire genius playboy philanthropist?"  NERDBONER!

Maybe the better question is:  If you could choose to have the powers/abilities of any Avenger, which would it be?  In that case I'd choose Thor.  Asgardian demigod?  Helz yeah.

I'm not even sure what Deadpool's powers and abilities are, other then being a generic tough guy.  I always ignored him because he was created by Rob Liefeld and I hate Rob Liefeld.  Also because I generally don't like the idea of turning villains into heroes just because they become popular.  See Venom.

 

EDIT:  I just looked it up.  He's badass and has a healing factor.  So another Wolverine ripoff from Liefeld.  What a surprise.

I always liked Venom.

 

Deadpool is crazy. The abilities I know he has are teleportation and wolverine style regeneration.... He probably has more abilities, but he's too crazy to really know/apply them in a reasonable way.
