I recently lost 2k infra in an imperialistic attack. some tech deals would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't think 6/200 deals are fair why accept one from someone else and reject my offer. Just saying. I would have sent a 6/100 after you told me you were only doing that.

The 6/200 deal I accepted from Mostafa was a deal between him and myself. I already owed him 100T from before my wars. He simply was helping me out with another tech deal. I otherwise would refuse any 6/200s.

6/100 is a rip off for the buyer.

 

Its only a rip off to those who don't wish to buy at that rate.

 

At a certain stage a real rip off is buying through the Technology option on your nation screen. Anything cheaper than that is a bargin.
