If you have seen the show, you either love it or hate it. I just finished season 8 which was released on Netflix 3 weeks ago. 

 

This reason of this poll was to find others thoughts of it as well. I will reserve my opinion until after others have posed theirs.

I overheard some of it once when I was upstairs and my sister was watching it in the living room. It was about the dumbest shit I've ever heard (the one guy just kept repeating "I'd do something, but I'm on parole. I don't want to go back to jail" every five minutes). Knowing that it has managed to get eight seasons makes me question my faith in humanity.

I used to really like it, I haven't really seen it since about season 2 or 3 though. I've been planning a Netflix marathon of it for some point.

Again I state that this show isn't for everyone. You have to be into that dumb drug/drinking humor. If you liked Beavis and Butthead/Jay and Silent Bob then you would like this show.

well i'll be honest. i fucking love the show. season 7 i didnt think was that good but season 8 i really enjoyed. i love all the ricky-isms and shit-isms. bubbles cracks my shit up too.

Trailer Park Boys is better. Maybe it's just because I'm a Canadian so I understand its jokes better though.

mang. the function, not form, of the humour should be what makes you laugh.

Having good form is nice but it's not the only thing. Unless you started picking at it/you have some queer tick about it (the animation), a deep seated bias, it's not the reason you don't find it funny. Just a contributing reason/reason round after the fact, for you not liking it.

Good lord, that is so not true. One of the funniest shows in existence, at least for me, is Rocky & Bullwinkle. If it was animated in a different style it wouldn't be funny.

 

Same goes for all the animation in Monty Python.
