Inspired by this poll, do you indent your (typed) paragraphs, or do you double-space between them?

In school, I was always taught to indent paragraphs with two spaces at the beginning of the first line. However, now I double-space between paragraphs, and don't indent at all.

I answered the second question "Tab character" even though I double space as a general rule. Because when I do/when I learned, I used the proper tab character.

Of course speaking generally.

Also who here does both on the same body of text? I'm ready to purge.

I answered the first, double spaced, because I do. I answered the second with space characters, because that's how I code.

I answered the first, double spaced, because I do. I answered the second with space characters, because that's how I code.

My code indentations are atrocious. I tend towards either a tab or four spaces, but between using different pieces of software and sheer laziness, I'm never consistent between them. Visually, it looks consistent, and that's what matters. Until I write something in Python.
