If you look at the server populations over the years, it's steadily dropping. Considering how long the game has been out, they're probably dropping subscriptions for F2P players to come boost the population.

 

Even so, the f2p players are heavily limited compared to the premiums. Lots of things are paywall locked :/

Just going to copy and paste what I said in the other thread. Also if anyone starts up let me know and I will throw ya 10 little ships fully fit to play with. 

 

Remember the game requires a lot of knowledge or money to have fun. If you know the game it is easy to get money and will be able to do just about anything, even with the free to play limitations. I would personally suggest that if you plan on starting when it is free to play to first do a recruit a friend link from someone you know, and pay for a month. Get that person to give you some in game money since they get a bonus from you subscribing and make them teach you the game. When it goes free to play unsubscribe and be ahead of all the other people who will be free to play. I can help people get started and do some basic explanation of the game, but I am quite busy with my obligations in the game and real life so I cannot promise more than that.

 

Also if you want to start your account off early use this recruit a friend link that provides 21 days of free game time.
 
If you use the link I will most likely sell the bonus and shoot you over most the money. The money I keep will be spent on hookers or drugs probably.

Mostly boring to be honest. But there has been some pretty funny things happening. Two revnents and a titan were killed us and friends ando/r frenemies though. So the war is costing them quite a bit thus far.

 

 

Why are you in highsec? Most people don't linger there long.
