I was thinking along those lines, but I chose blue because of the way my brain is "wired." I think if I sat down and focused, I could learn a new language. There are only a few languages though that I'd be interested in actually getting any use out of, mainly in the form of visiting another country and being able to get by on my own. Musical instruments on the other hand I'd get much broader use out of, I'd love to learn piano and violin and melodica/melodion etc. The problem I have with instruments is that my brain is wired to have a much easier time playing "by ear" than by actually learning to read music for a given instrument. With something like the trumpet, which I played in high school, this wasn't a problem. There are only three valves and only six combinations that are actually relevant. For something like saxophone or violin or piano though, it causes great difficulty. When I tried to learn to play the piano a few years back, I was stuck at a beginners level because my brain didn't want to process the sheet music and I also had trouble getting my hands to process their own different requirements as far as positioning and timing.
