Hope that'll be thick enough when it's printed. It's hard to estimate thickness when dealing with high DPIs.

I went to Staples and had a 2-foot diameter print of the Invicta Roundel made.  I'm going to spray mount it onto a piece of presentation board and then use it as the Great Seal of Invicta when I make video addresses.  Pic below, banana for scale.

 

I also picked up a gorilla costume today.  So there's that.

 

 

All addresses to the Invictae should be delivered either in your finest dress uniform at the podum, or in a smoke jacket at fireside.

I cannot second this enough. Work on your presidential impersonations and give speeches in the personae of different US presidents.

Because there was already a hole cut in it.  Right around the mouthular area.

I want it cut out because I don't want to have to put it in front of something black. That's half-assed. I want it whole-assed. So that means cutting it out so it's PERFECTLY round. And that means having it professionally cut, because the edges will always be rough and uneven otherwise, and that is unacceptable to me. And since I can't find anywhere to do that cutting, we're at an impasse. I became frustrated when the first one wasn't coming out right and destroyed it.

No, the graphic design part is done. What I need to find is a production facility that can cut a perfect circle.

None of the ones I've talked to have had that ability. No one even knows who to ask. I found a couple places online that can do it, but I'd need to place a bulk order.
