I bought it when it was on sale because it looked hilarious, and it was. Many laughs were had.
Also fun note, from what I saw everything is extremely similar to the actual city. I saw many places that I went to in person. So it is kind of like being there.

Well it has IRL flyers you can collect from npcs.
It doesn't apologise for the shit it pulls which is hilarious.
