No one is deadweight, Killman. There are plenty of people who just play quietly and never post on the forums, etc. Besides, we know it's because you don't have good internet access. You're a fun guy and a good player and we like you. We're prepared to wait until you have a good connection again. And if not, then we're prepared for you to be one of the "quiet ones," too. :P

You have to do what you think is right. But don't leave because you think you're not pulling your weight or something like that. And don't throw away the work you've done on your nation for nothing.

Just remember that the person you choose cannot have EVER sent aid of any sort to you, and you cannot have EVER sent any aid to him/her

Else, both your nations could be deleted for suspected multi-ing
