I don't like how my mind was blank. That's not cool, I don't like not having a favourite.

Ok, here's a play by play of my reaction:
"Hmmm..." <insert nothingness> "Wait, why is my mind blank on this one? I can't think about it! That'll defeat the whole point, but wait... I'm thinking about it right now! Does this mean I've invalidated the integrity of my response?"
I'm not even making this up either. I still don't have a movie for you. Wrath of Khan. I guess. No! Ahhhhh!

Yeah that's how my brain responded to it.

Haha. Well, some people don't respond well to pressure!

I don't like pressure~ I like to do things at my own pace, so I don't come to any ill informed decisions~

I'm interested in how many recent movies made the list.
And yeah, we can certainly do more pop quizzes.

It has nothing to do with pressure in my case. It has everything to do with the fact that you are asking me to make a statement on what is my favorite of something, but denying me the ability to give the decision any kind of consideration. I don't like committing to a decision without thinking about it.

The idea is not to think about it, it's to reveal your gut reaction.
Posted 12 December 2013 - 08:15 PM
Oh~ that's the problem then~
I have no gut reaction.
Posted 13 December 2013 - 03:18 AM
My problem is I don't always trust my gut reaction.

The movie that immediately popped into my head was The Phantom Menace. The one which immediately superseded it was…
…Kingdom of Heaven.
Honestly, both are right up there; I'm not sure which is higher.
