I actually liked 5 a bit more.
Has some meh things while 4 feels like an expansion to 3.
Like 5 doesn't really look that interesting nor could it keep people interested for long.

I have all the Tropico games because:
- I'm secretly a dictator
- I try to play the game to make my people prosper and I end it with no money most of the time
- I spend about 99% of the game dancing to the music cause it's that awesome.

I played the first one rather a lot. I haven't touched them since, other than thinking about getting 4 for the 360.
