People are generally upset about the fact they're wrong sadly. They can't just accept their superior overlords.
Phaaate~ invent a brain interface so I can go into their brains and fix that. I promise I won't invade anyone's brain space I care about. I respect privacy. I just don't respect intransigent incompetence.

The problem is that most people tend to associate only with those who hold beliefs similar to their own. That's why conservatives watch Fox News and liberals watch MSNBC. This tendency serves to exaggerate a condition known as the false consensus effect, a psychological bias in which people tend to overestimate the extent to which their beliefs and opinions are shared by others.
