Are you a dual(tri?) monitor kind of person?

Do you symmetry. Asymmetry. Dual mount. Two separate stands.

Talk to me. I'm curious.

No poll. Polls are lame (and I don't know which options to add)

Also sizes. Size'em up people.

I was looking to get 2 24" monitors. Maybe get one big one, and then use a 21" one in portrait mode and use it mainly for reference. Don't know if that's a good idea, but I'm curious about what would be the most "productive".

I'm undecided. I'm very picky. (if you didn't know that about me)

I think I've decided against a wall mount for sure (I want to flip my desk so I have 'more room'. You know. Nice & cozy. Against the wall is cramped and non-cozy)

I was window shopping, and (well in the huge store) the bigger monitors didn't look so bad. But I'd bring it home (and have two) on my desk. Not to mention I'd be sitting in front of it for long periods of time.

Nascar said to just get 2 24". Keep it simple.

Portrait sucks huge dick unless you are in the odd spots where it's useful. You also need to get used that you have one main and one you might use less. Alternating sizes has its problems.

Yea. I'm trying to think "what the fuck would I use it for".

I know people do. And I can think of a few times it'd be useful. But I think until I have it (so I have the option) I won't really understand.

We'll see.

Loser? I don't even religiously watch recorded or live entertainment, probably watch for an hour a week.

Its money my friend, a massive TV is cheaper than a massive PC monitor.

I have a 42" monitor. B-)

(Yeah it's a TV. It's connected to an antenna, my 360, a blu-ray player and my Mac. I'm thinking of getting a smaller monitor because using the Mac in the living room can be a pain at times, but I'll probably split the HDMI cable and keep the TV connected to it regardless.)

I have a, 42" TV I could use. But I wasn't sure how blurry/comfortable that might be on the eyes.

But it is literally sitting on the floor in the way. I could try that first.

EDIT: Could be 37" I just know it's bigger than 32". I'll find my tape measure, and plug that bad boy in.
