No.  When I think of the Tea Party, I am reminded of the words of young Henery Hawk to Foghorn Leghorn:  "You ain't no chicken, you're just a loud-mouthed schnook."

 

But the Tea Party does tap into a deep discontent with the status quo in America, ironically the same discontent that fed the Occupy movement and continues to feed the rising chorus of voices on all sides talking about inequality.  It might not feel like it, but this is how change happens.  Big things are coming.  Buckle up.
