Its not so much that I need ISK, I need to figure out where to salvage. I know how to salvage, just not where to find wrecks

You have to kill ze rats first, lol.

Maybe see if you can find a carrier ratter who will let you follow him around between nullsec anoms? Mobile tractor units are very useful for this. Let the MTU suck all of the wrecks in, and you get the loot and salvage in one place. Get into a Noctis and salvaging becomes easy. Never forget to bookmark your MTU!

The usual arrangement I hear about goes something along the lines of any faction "green" loot goes to the ratter but you get all the t1/meta loot and salvage.

Yeah I got some people in the corp to help me out, since I don't have the money or skills to rat yet I was told to ask ratters for the wrecks in anoms. I'm working up to an MTU, I need a couple more M of isk to get one.
